Video: Joy Sports releases great promo ahead of the Transfer Countdown show

Like they have been doing ahead of the Football Transfer deadlines for sometime now, Joy Sports will be having the 2019 summer “Transfer Countdown” show on Thursday, the 8th.

The show is meant to give followers of Joy Sports an insight into business done by the various top European teams during the current transfer window, with eyes on the last minute movements of players, with focus on Ghanaian and African players.

The “Transfer Countdown” show will be hosted by Gary Al-Smith and George Addo Jnr and it will air on the Joy News channel (DStv 421), Joy 99.7 FM, and will stream on myjoyonline.com from 3 to 6 pm (GMT).

Ahead of the three hour show, Joy Sports has released an official promotional video to wet the appetite of its patrons. The video, shot at the Sphinx and Giza Pyramids features Joy Sports Team’s poster presenters, the ever-articulate Gary Al-Smith and the unassuming yet witty George Addo Jnr.

The Joy Sports branded costume, the settings and the light manner in which the presenters went about their acts gave the video a very special feel and an exciting to watch.

Busted! TV Presenter caught squeezing colleague’s breasts, live on air

A male presenter who touched his female colleague’s breasts on live television said it was an ‘accident’.

Roger Gonzalez, 32, groped both of Cynthia Rodriguez’s breasts on Mexican daytime show ‘Todo un Show’ during a group hug.

In the footage, the four hosts are seem cuddling when Gonzalez reaches and puts his hand on one of her breasts.

He is then seen moving his hand from one side of her chest to the other, prompting her to put her hand over his in an effort to move it away.

Cynthia appears to make a gesture to the camera as her eyes dart to the crew.

Claudia Lizaldi, another presenter, hangs onto Gonzalez’s arm during the inappropriate exchange.

He also plants a kiss on her cheek.

According to local media, Gonzalez watched the incident back with his co-presenters on another episode of the show and apologised – insisting it was unintentional.

He said on air: “I swear it was an accident. I am so embarrassed!”

He added the clip to his Instagram account, calling it one of the ‘most embarrassing’ days of his life.

Cynthia later wrote on social media: “I thought it was Claudia’s hand, but I know you didn’t mean it my friend.”

However the other male presenter Fernando del Solar said: “it did not seem like an accident”.

He said he had “squeezed both boobs.”

He later wrote: “Luckily we are one big family and laughed all day about the confusion. Sorry Cynthia!”

Stup!d Question: After Nana Aba Anamoah, Funny Face takes his turn to disgrace Accra FM’s Nana Romeo on his own show

Popular comedian and actor, Benson Nana Yaw Oduro Boateng known widely as Funny Face has descended heavily on Accra FM’s Nana Romeo for what the comedian described as a “stupid question” posed by the presenter.

In an interview on his “Ayekoo Ayekoo” Show on Accra FM on Thursday, Nana Romeo inquired from the “Children’s President” whether former Arsenal and Man City striker, Emmanuel Sheyi Adebayor was his gay partner.

“I want you to clear the speculation about you, people are saying Adebayor was your gay partner, how true is that and have you heard it before?”, Nana Romeo asked.

The question didn’t go down well with Funny Face and he didnt mince words about it. He denied ever being in any sexual relationship with the football star and went ahead to say few words to the presenter.

“In fact, if you are a radio presenter who asks such funny questions, in all honesty, you are very unwise. You are in showbiz and people say things to tarnish others’ image but for you to ask this same question, you are really not intelligent”, Funny Face noted in pidgin.

Nana Romeo has a knack for asking unintelligent questions on his show. In June, he was equally disgraced by GhOne’s Nana Aba Anamoah for asking the celebrated broadcaster whether she would have love to date Ghanaian rapper Sarkodie if he wasn’t married. Like Funny Face, Nana Aba also didn’t let the opportunity to chastise the presenter pass.
