To stem the festering of the coronavirus pandemic, Accra and Kumasi, the biggest cities in Ghana have been in a lockdown since March 30th. Movements of people are being controlled and economic activities in the two cities have almost grounded to a halt.
But essential services providers are working. For most health workers, there is no rest at the moment, and so are some radio and tv reporters, hosts and presenters. But being out there working while almost all others in the city are at their homes due to an outbreak of a pandemic is not all that fun.
And Frema Adunyame, the beautiful Citi TV Newscaster and reporter didn’t hide her fears at all for working during this period.

Even though the post highlights Frema’s fears, a critical analysis will also reveal that it is part of a grand call by Citi TV to encourage Ghanaiains in the lockdown areas to stay at home.
